Hi there! I'm Anacani, a stress management and wellness coach, military spouse, and mother to three incredible kids.

My journey has been filled with challenges, including battling depression, low self-esteem, and facing two heart conditions and PCOS. However, by embracing a more holistic and mindful lifestyle, I found my way to healing and self-love. Today, I'm off all medications, living each day with happiness and gratitude.
