This transformative phase affects every aspect of a woman’s life, yet society frequently fails to provide the necessary support and understanding. It's essential to acknowledge that feeling a mix of joy, anxiety, and uncertainty is a normal part of this journey.

As I navigated this new chapter, self-care practices such as prenatal yoga and mindfulness helped me cope with the emotional rollercoaster. Embracing the changes and connecting with a supportive community made all the difference.
